Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
This policy explains how HUNTRS collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and mobile application.
Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your email address, username, profile information, authentication and security records, device and app diagnostics, support messages, competition activity, and gaming-platform information you choose to connect.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate profiles and competitions, calculate standings, detect fraud and abuse, provide support, send service messages, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and processors
We use specialist providers to operate HUNTRS, including providers for authentication, databases, infrastructure, app distribution, security, monitoring, and transactional email. They may process information only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
Public information
Your username and information you deliberately make public may be visible to other users. Privacy controls in the app determine whether eligible profile and activity information is shown publicly.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including security, dispute, and legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your information, or object to certain processing. You can also withdraw optional permissions in your device settings.
Children
HUNTRS is not intended for children under 13. Additional age restrictions may apply by country and to particular competition features.
